Founded in 2010, Baiqida Intelligent Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (BQD) is an innovative high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of fully automatic electric material feeding and palletizing precision forming complete equipment, electric and hydraulic magnetic field forming presses, large-tonnage electric precision forming presses, multi-station continuous hydrogen decrepitation (HD) furnaces, dehydrogenation furnaces, and other powder processing equipment. It is committed to promoting the greening, intelligentization, and high-quality development of the industry.

BQD's business covers key industrial regions nationwide, with branch offices established in locations such as Ningbo High-tech Zone, Baotou in Inner Mongolia, and Yantai in Shandong. Its products are widely applied in fields including new energy, high-end motors, and robotics.

  • 1998

    1998 – On June 25, 1998, Fenghua Bida Machine Tool Factory was established in Quchi Village, Houlang Town, Fenghua City, primarily engaged in the R&D and production of general equipment such as sawing machines.


  • 2001

    2001 – Successfully developed the first hydraulic magnetic field forming press that met the production needs of magnetic materials at the time.


  • 2002

    Successfully developed the first hydrogen decrepitation furnace and achieved its industrialization simultaneously.


  • 2010

    Established Ningbo Baiqida Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. in Quchi Village, Chunhu Town, Fenghua City, opening a new chapter.

    Pioneered the domestic application of IGBT magnetizing/demagnetizing technology to replace thyristor-based technology.


  • 2011

     BQD completed the construction of the largest domestic hydrogen decrepitation technical service base for permanent magnet materials in Yuan'ao Village, Chunhu Town, Fenghua City.

    BQD established a Fenghua City-level Engineering Research Center.


  • 2012

    A Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund project based on hydrogen decrepitation furnace R&D was approved.

    Obtained ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications.


  • ​2013

    BQD established a Ningbo City-level Engineering Center.

    Recognized as a "Fenghua City Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise."

    The fully automatic hydrogen decrepitation furnace was also rated as a "Provincial First (Set)" product.


  • ​2014

    BQD was recognized as a "Fenghua City Patent Demonstration Enterprise."

    Completed the factory construction in Fenghua Binhai New Area.


  • 2015

    Passed the re-evaluation for High-Tech Enterprise status.

    The company was rated as a "Ningbo Patent Demonstration Enterprise."

    The company's trademark was rated as "Ningbo Famous Brand."

    Company headquarters relocated to Binhai New Area.


  • 2016

    Designated as a "Zhejiang Province High-Tech Enterprise Engineering Research Center"; listed on the Ningbo Equity Exchange in the same year.

    Pioneered the cylindrical magnetic field forming press and initiated the R&D work for the first-generation fully electric magnetic field forming press.


  • 2017

    The company completed its shareholding system reform and was renamed "Baiqida Intelligent Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd."

    The R&D product application for the "Intelligent Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Forming and Sintering Integrated Production Line" passed the provincial first (set) recognition.


  • 2018

    In 2018, the company was successfully listed on the New Third Board and re-recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise."

    The R&D product "Key Technology R&D and Industrialization of High-Magnetic Fully Automatic Magnetic Field Forming Press" won the Ningbo Science and Technology Award third prize.


  • 2019

    Won the Bronze Award for Best Design Product in the "Hefeng Award" Industrial Design Competition – Fully Automatic Cylindrical Magnetic Field Forming Press.


  • 2020

    Initiated the formulation of the Zhejiang Manufacturing Group Standard for "Permanent Magnet Material Forming CNC Hydraulic Press."

    In the same year, established the holding subsidiary "Baotou Zhongke Bida New Materials Co., Ltd." and the wholly-owned subsidiary "Baotou Jinchuang Technology Co., Ltd." in Baotou to expand the business footprint.


  • 2021

     Successfully passed the re-recognition as a High-Tech Enterprise and was rated as a National-Level Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative "Little Giant."

    In the same year, the subsidiary Baotou Jinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. purchased land in Baotou and commenced construction.

    Established the subsidiary "Yantai New Materials Co., Ltd." in Yantai.


  • 2022

    The company was rated as an MIIT-recommended and supported Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative "Little Giant" enterprise.

    Completed the intellectual property management system standardization and was rated as a Fenghua District Green Factory.

    The "Fully Electric Intelligent Magnetic Field Forming Press" received domestic first (set) recognition.


  • 2023

     The company's fully electric magnetic field forming press was rated as a Zhejiang Province Advanced (Future) Technological Innovation Achievement.

    The company was rated as a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.

    The BQDHD - 1800FC continuous hydrogen decrepitation furnace was recognized as a provincial first (set).


  • 2024

    The company's self-developed "A NdFeB Magnetic Field Forming Press" and "A Fully Automatic Radial Ring Floating Magnetic Field Forming Press" both won the Ningbo Patent Innovation Award Excellence Award.

    The company's R&D product "Fully Electric Material Feeding and Palletizing Precision Forming Complete Press" received domestic first (set) recognition.

    The company successfully passed the High-Tech Enterprise recognition.


  • 2024

    The company newly established the wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Ruide Haiwo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and also purchased land in Fenghua Ningnan within the year for building a new factory, providing solid spatial guarantee for the company's sustainable development and laying the foundation for future capacity expansion and technological upgrades.


  • 2025

    The company's "High-Value Patent Portfolio Cultivation for Intelligent Magnetic Field Forming Press" was included in the Ningbo High-Value Patent Portfolio Cultivation Project.
