Fully Electric Magnetic Field Forming Press
From the successful development of the first fully electric press in 2016 to the present, we have accumulated years of technical expertise and conducted extensive research to advance breakthroughs in the industry's non-isostatic pressing forming technology. The equipment is evolving from manual parameter adjustment to self-learning and automatic process adjustment. This fully electric press includes models for laboratory use and various models suitable for manual operation. It has also been extended to other models such as: parallel press, radial ring, multi-pole ring, etc. Furthermore, there are models that comply with domestic standards and pass stringent international TUV-CE and UL certifications.
Function Description
-
J-type rear split sealing box: when issues need to be addressed, the discharge port can be sealed and then the sealing box can be moved away after sealing. K-type will be equipped with automatic air-lock gate closure for quick sealing during cleaning and die handling.
-
The rear sealing box method is corner-type, using safe and reliable large pivots. There is no need to move the rear sealing box; simply rotate it gently, making it very convenient for installing dies and cleaning the inner cavity.
-
The rear sealing box features a conical waste powder collection port, facilitating cleaning for rear powder weighing sealing boxes with more dust and shortening the waiting time for opening.

|
All sealing boxes and door frames of the equipment use conventional sealing strips, with a relatively simple structure, which can meet the customer's requirement of having an oxygen content below 200 ppm, but the overall sealing effect of the equipment is average. |
|
All sealing boxes and door frames of our equipment use thickened plates and are processed with O-ring grooves, connecting and sealing various flanges through O-rings. The sealing parts are designed and manufactured according to vacuum equipment requirements, resulting in high structural strength and excellent sealing effect. The minimum oxygen content can reach below 50ppm, with nitrogen consumption ≤3m³/h. |
|
The gloves on the sealing door panel use a metal hose clamp and flange connection and fixation method, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, but the sealing effect is relatively average. |
|
The gloves on our sealing door panel use a flange pressing fixation method, with strong reliability and excellent sealing effect. |
|
The rear sealing box moves back and forth through linear guides at the bottom of the box body, with a movement distance of 500mm, which offers insufficient convenience during maintenance processes such as mold disassembly/assembly and internal equipment cleaning. |
|
Our connection with the host machine uses a manual locking method, allowing quick locking or releasing. The rear sealing box is installed on the host machine's rotating shaft, enabling convenient and quick opening/closing with an opening angle ≥90°, making maintenance processes such as mold disassembly/assembly and internal equipment cleaning very convenient. |
