This equipment can fully automatically realize production processes such as feeding, powder weighing, powder adding, forming, compact removal, stacking & palletizing, and detection. Fully electric design eliminates the need for isostatic pressing process; employs a forming method of bidirectional synchronous pressing with micro-lift pressure-holding demolding, simplifying the forming process; fully automatic material stacking & palletizing machine automatically transports products and docks with sintering furnaces.

From the successful development of the first fully electric press in 2016 to the present, we have accumulated years of technical expertise and conducted extensive research to advance breakthroughs in the industry's non-isostatic pressing forming technology. The equipment is evolving from manual parameter adjustment to self-learning and automatic process adjustment. This fully electric press includes models for laboratory use and various models suitable for manual operation. It has also been extended to other models such as: parallel press, radial ring, multi-pole ring, etc. Furthermore, there are models that comply with domestic standards and pass stringent international TUV-CE and UL certifications.

The Electric CNC Magnetic Field Forming Press is mainly applied to die forming of various permanent magnet materials and is suitable for laboratory or small product mass production use.

This press is mainly used for producing axial cylinders. The pressing direction is parallel to the magnetic field direction. Powder filling depth (Max) 100mm, green body forming density 3.8-4.2g/cm³. Press operation requires one person for manual powder adding and leveling, and another person for vacuum packaging products at the glove box.

Primarily used for small-batch molding production of various permanent magnet materials.
