Radial Ring Magnetic Field Forming Press

Bidirectional high-precision forming, with bidirectional forming synchronization accuracy reaching ±0.005mm/s. Utilizes the company's self-developed servo electric cylinder technology and overall water-cooled coils with temperature detection and constant temperature control, being environmentally friendly, safe, and energy-saving. This press, through the magnetic circuit design of the frame and die, uses an opposed pressing method to generate a uniform radial magnetic field within the die cavity, used for pressing radially oriented rare earth permanent magnet material ring products.
