This June marks the 24th National "Safety Production Month" in China, themed "Everyone Speaks Safety, All Can Handle Emergencies—Identify Hidden Hazards Around Us." To further strengthen employees' safety awareness and enhance emergency response capabilities, in June 2025, all Baikida facilities once again sounded the safety rallying cry by launching a "Safety Month Emergency Drill" campaign. Through "training via drills and building defense through practice," the initiative aims to fully fortify safety defenses, safeguarding the lives of employees and the property of the enterprise.

The Safety Production Month activities were centrally organized by the company with active participation from employees across all departments. During the emergency evacuation drill, staff evacuated quickly and orderly along predetermined routes to safe zones, demonstrating sound emergency responsiveness. In the fire equipment training session, hands-on demonstrations covered the operation of fire extinguishers, hoses, nozzles, and other tools, ensuring employees gain proficiency in their use. These drills have reinforced safety awareness across the entire workforce, embedding safety principles deeper into daily practice and improving their ability to respond to urgent situations.

On June 17, the company invited an external trainer to conduct a safety knowledge workshop. Using real-world cases, the trainer explained safety production laws and regulations, operational procedures, as well as prevention and handling methods for common accidents in an accessible manner. The session emphasized learning from past incidents, using accident rectification to advance safety work, strengthening employee safety awareness, and enhancing both management's ability to identify risks and staff's emergency response skills.

Safety is the lifeline of the enterprise and the foundation of employee well-being.
