BQD|Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Forges a New Intelligent Engine for Permanent Magnet Hydrogen Decrepitation

Recently, the inauguration ceremony of the "Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Hydrogen Decrepitation Process Model Joint Laboratory," jointly established by Baotou Jinc h uang (a subsidiary of Baqida), the Digital Intelligence Industry School of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, and Jinming Co., Ltd., was held at Baotou Jinchuang. The establishment of this joint laboratory marks a significant milestone in the tripartite collaboration, leveraging their respective core strengths to build an innovation community integrating "industry, academia, and digital intelligence." It also represents a concrete step taken by Baqida to advance its "digital and intelligent" initiatives in Baotou.
With decades of expertise in hydrogen decrepitation, the company has accumulated extensive technological know-how and practical experience in this field. The establishment of the joint laboratory provides a solid industrial foundation for research, while its advanced processes and outstanding technical capabilities not only enhance the company's competitiveness in the market but also offer robust support for the high-quality development of the permanent magnet materials industry.



After the unveiling ceremony, Ma Lingzhi, General Manager of Baotou Jinchuang, provided a detailed explanation of the permanent magnetic material processes and the hydrogen decrepitation workflow to all parties. She stated, "The laboratory will be oriented toward solving practical industrial problems, fully leveraging Baiqida's leading advantages in hydrogen decrepitation technology to ensure that innovative achievements truly serve the front lines of production." Wang Jingyu, Party Secretary of the Digital Intelligence Industry School at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, mentioned, "We will use the laboratory as a platform to cultivate more interdisciplinary talents who understand both technology and industry." Wang Wei of Jinming Co., Ltd. expressed, "We will leverage our extensive experience in information technology R&D and digital platform development to effectively integrate algorithmic models with enterprise production data, promoting the full integration of digital technology into the entire hydrogen decrepitation production process." All parties unanimously agreed to use the joint laboratory as a vehicle to accelerate technology R&D, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation.
